Our integrated GLP-1 medication weight management program utilizes state-of-the-art at-home blood collection kits and connected clinical telehealth services to screen, onboard, and manage qualified candidates, ensuring medication adherence and effective management of side effects through continuous telehealth support.
About the Role
As an Implementation Manager, you will manage the end-to-end implementation process for new enterprise clients joining eMed's GLP-1 Population Health Program. From contract signature through go-live, you will lead all aspects of onboarding to ensure a seamless, efficient, and successful launch. This highly cross-functional role requires strong project management, client communication, and operational execution skills to ensure new clients are set up for long-term success with eMed.
Who You'll Work With
  • Reports to and collaborates closely with the Director of Delivery.
  • Partners with Marketing, Product, Sales and Customer Experience teams.
What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for new enterprise clients from post-contract signature through successful program launch.
  • Lead the full implementation lifecycle, including kickoff, project planning, milestone tracking, status reporting, issue resolution, and go-live readiness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Clinical, Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Experience) to coordinate deliverables and ensure alignment on timelines and responsibilities.
  • Gather and manage client-specific requirements, including eligibility file formats, data feeds, branding preferences, communication strategies, and reporting needs.
  • Work with client stakeholders (benefits leaders, consultants, IT, and others) to guide them through technical and operational onboarding activities.
  • Facilitate training sessions for client teams on program operations, reporting dashboards, and participant support workflows.
  • Develop and maintain detailed implementation project plans, timelines, and documentation.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth and timely launches.
  • Ensure a positive, professional, and solution-oriented experience for clients throughout the onboarding process.
What You Have
  • Proven track record of managing complex, enterprise-level client implementations with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of employer benefits ecosystems, health plans, and vendor coordination preferred.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations concurrently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, or similar).

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in client implementation, project management, or account management roles, preferably in digital health, healthcare services, benefits, or population health.
