Job description

Travel Hospital LPN MED SURG

Duration: 13 weeks

Shift : Nights 7p-7a

Start Date: ASAP (Projected: 05/11/2026)

Mile Rule: Must Live 50Miles outside of Dothan, AL

Job Summary: We are looking for an Hospital LPN Med surg , who’ll work side-by-side with a compassionate, highly skilled physician team, providing continuity of care and building real relationships with patients.


Responsibilities

  • Perform patient assessments and collect clinical data

  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)

  • Administer medications and IV therapy

  • Implement physician orders and care plans

  • Educate patients and families

  • Assist with discharge planning

  • Document care accurately and timely

  • Supervise and delegate tasks to support staff as appropriate


Experience/Qualifications
  • Active LPN/LVN license

  • BLS certification

  • NIHSS certification

  • IV Certification

  • Minimum 1 year of Med Surg experience

  • Permanent address must be 50+ miles from facility
