Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting

  • Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and changes

  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members

  • Assist with admissions, discharges, care planning, and resident rounds

  • Maintain accurate nursing documentation and medical records

  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations

  • Respond to resident and family concerns with professionalism and compassion

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications
  • Current and active Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license

  • Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain

  • Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, or Nursing Home experience preferred, but not required
