To thrive as a Clinic RN, you need a solid background in patient assessment, clinical procedures, and nursing principles, usually supported by an active RN license and relevant clinical experience. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs), office-based diagnostic equipment, and immunization protocols is common in this role.
