Availability
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday
  • Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • 8-hour shifts
  • One weekend of in-house rounding per month
  • No outpatient clinic responsibilities
Required Licensure & Certifications
  • Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant — Required
  • BLS — Required
  • ACLS — Required
Experience Requirements
  • Inpatient Cardiology experience preferred
  • Comfortable managing hospitalized cardiology patients
  • Experience with basic bedside cardiology procedures preferred
Practice Setting
  • 509-bed Level I Trauma Center
  • Multispecialty hospital-based cardiology service
  • Team of 10 cardiology physicians
  • Inpatient rounding only
Clinical Responsibilities
  • Daily inpatient cardiology rounding
  • Evaluate and manage hospitalized cardiology patients
