Job Description Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic plays a crucial role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care. The RN will collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare providers to ensure the delivery of comprehensive healthcare services to patients. This role involves direct patient care, health assessments, education, and the promotion of preventive healthcare practices within the primary care setting.

How will you make an impact & Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Assessment & Care: Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients' health status, including vital signs, medical history, and current health concerns. Provide nursing interventions as needed based on assessments and collaborate with healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans. Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed by providers. Assist in the preparation and management of patient exams, including performing necessary procedures (e.g., lab draws, wound care, EKGs).
  • Patient Education: Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, chronic illness management, and lifestyle changes. Provide counseling and support to patients on managing specific health conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
  • Care Coordination: Coordinate patient care activities and follow-up appointments to ensure continuity of care. Facilitate communication between patients and providers, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups on test results, prescriptions, and treatment plans. Assist in coordinating referrals to specialists or other healthcare providers as needed.
  • Administrative & Clinical Support: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and clinic standards. Assist in the documentation of patient interactions, treatments, and any changes in condition or health status. Help manage clinic workflows, ensuring efficient patient flow and timely completion of clinical tasks.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and administrative staff, to provide comprehensive care. Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care plans and improve clinic operations.
Requirements
  • Requires a BS in Nursing Minimum of 5 years of experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide and equivalent background.
  • Current unrestricted RN license in applicable state required.
  • Satisfactory completion of a Tuberculosis test is a requirement for this position.
Compensation

$36/hr. - $45/hr. & bonus eligible

Compensation Range: $74,083.00 to $111,125.00 The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
