As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents while upholding our commitment to creating a warm, loving, home-like environment.
About the Role
As the Director of Nursing, (RN) (DON), you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of nursing operations, including staff management, clinical oversight, and quality improvement initiatives. You will work closely with the Executive Director and other members of the leadership team to develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and programs that align with our mission and values.
Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership to the nursing team, including staffing, scheduling, and performance management
  • Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and programs that align with our mission and values
  • Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including survey readiness and QAPI initiatives

Requirements
  • Current RN license in the state of Nevada
