Pelvic Health Solutions (PHS) is a rapidly growing private practice dedicated exclusively to pelvic floor physical therapy. With four clinics across South Florida, we are excited to open our newest location in Rockville, Maryland - continuing our mission to establish the leading center of excellence in pelvic health.

Our model prioritizes evidence-based care, one-on-one, full-hour sessions, a commitment to clinical mentorship, and a culture of excellence for both patients and providers.

We are seeking an experienced pelvic floor physical therapist to serve as the Clinic Lead for our Rockville location. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about pelvic health and excited to help build and lead a clinic from the ground up and who is entrepreneurial without wanting the risks, administrative, and operational burdens of owning your own business.

You will have the opportunity to shape clinic operations, mentor other clinicians, establish local referral relationships, and play a central role in expanding access to high-quality pelvic floor care in the region.

Duties and Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership & Care Delivery

  • Provide direct patient care (~75% of time), treating across genders, diagnoses, and age ranges
  • Maintain clinical excellence through individualized, evidence-based care and productivity benchmarks
  • Serve as a clinical mentor and support onboarding of new therapists in collaboration with our Director of Clinical Excellence
  • Support consistent delivery of care aligned with PHS standards

Operational Oversight

  • Lead day-to-day clinic performance and ensure implementation of best practices in scheduling, documentation, and patient experience
  • Participate in monthly performance reviews and team connects
  • Foster a collaborative, supportive, and professional team environment

Referral Development & Community Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local referring providers
  • Represent PHS in the community through educational workshops, events, and provider outreach
  • Lead initiatives to promote awareness of pelvic floor therapy and grow patient volume

Qualifications

  • Doctorate (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy (MPT)
  • Active DC physical therapy license (or ability to obtain)
  • 3+ years of experience treating pelvic floor dysfunction across a range of patients
  • Board-level certification (PRPC, WCS, or equivalent) preferred
  • Previous leadership experience in a clinical setting strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, lead by example, and contribute to team culture

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary and bonus opportunities
  • Health, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • 401(k)
  • Paid time off
  • $1,000 CEU credit annually
  • Private treatment room and personal laptop
  • Supportive administrative, marketing, and education infrastructure

Why Join PHS

This is an opportunity to join a respected and growing practice at a pivotal stage of expansion. As Clinic Lead, you will have the opportunity to not only shape the success of the region, but also contribute meaningfully to the advancement of pelvic health. If you’re passionate about clinical excellence, leadership, and improving access to care, we invite you to connect with us.

At Pelvic Health Solutions, we strive to create an inclusive workplace that welcomes individuals from all backgrounds, fostering a community where each person can thrive and contribute to our mission of being the center of excellence in pelvic floor physical therapy, delivering exceptional and unparalleled quality of care for those experiencing pelvic floor conditions. Decisions regarding recruitment, hiring, training, compensation, promotion, and termination are made based on qualifications, performance, and business needs, without bias or discrimination.
