Clinic Director

Job Description

A Winchester-based outpatient clinic is hiring a full-time Clinic Director.

This position offers the opportunity to provide focused one-on-one care while helping lead clinical services for the location. You will evaluate patients, create goal-focused treatment plans, and use hands-on care, movement-based rehab, and patient education to support meaningful recovery.

This role is a strong fit for a physical therapist who enjoys patient care, clinical independence, and being part of a growing outpatient clinic.

Job Details

Location: Winchester, VA
Setting: In-person outpatient clinic
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Patient Volume: Approximately 12 visits per 8-hour day

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one physical therapy treatment
  • Lead clinical care for the location
  • Evaluate patients and develop goal-focused care plans
  • Treat athletes, children, adults, and active patients
  • Use gym space to support strength, mobility, recovery, and return to activity
  • Provide manual therapy, movement-based care, and patient education
  • Complete EMR documentation using Athena Health
  • Help grow the clinic's caseload and local presence
  • Work independently without techs or aides
  • Create a patient experience that feels supportive and professional

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Current PT license required
  • Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
  • Manual therapy background or strong interest preferred
  • Comfortable managing a caseload independently
  • Willingness to support marketing and clinic growth
  • Strong patient communication skills
  • Able to work with different patient types and conditions
