To thrive as a Clinic Based RBT (Registered Behavior Technician), you need a solid understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles, completion of the RBT certification, and experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities. Familiarity with data collection software, electronic health records, and behavior intervention protocols is typically required.
