About the Role

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Epic Application Analyst with strong Epic ASAP experience to support healthcare application operations in Houston, Texas.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting an Emergency Department environment, at least 4 years of experience working in an Epic application environment, and Epic ASAP certification. ClinDoc or Ambulatory certification may be considered as an alternative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain Epic applications used in a healthcare environment.
  • Work closely with Emergency Department users to understand application needs and resolve issues.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve Epic application-related problems.
  • Support application configuration, testing, upgrades, and ongoing system improvements.
  • Collaborate with clinical, technical, and operational teams to support effective Epic workflows.
  • Assist with application projects, enhancements, testing, and implementation activities.
  • Document application issues, solutions, configurations, and technical procedures.
  • Provide ongoing application support and help improve system functionality and user experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Epic ASAP certification required.
  • ClinDoc or Ambulatory certification may be considered as an alternative.
  • Experience working with an Emergency Department or emergency medicine workflows.
  • 4+ years of experience working in an Epic application environment.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with clinical and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualification

  • Candidates local to Houston, TX are preferred.
