The Opportunity

Build the Future with Us - This is your chance to lead a national advisory team shaping Canada's climate transition. As Manager, ESG, Nature & Climate Change Advisory, you will guide multidisciplinary experts working at the forefront of sustainability strategy, sustainable finance, nature advisory, climate economics & risk, and supply chain decarbonization.  You'll help clients accelerate their transition, strengthen resilience, and make meaningful progress toward netzero and naturepositive outcomes.


Your Impact

  • Lead and grow the national ESG, Nature & Climate Change Advisory (CCA) team, building a highperformance, peoplefirst environment.
  • Strengthen client partnerships by directing complex, highimpact advisory projects across Canada.
  • Shape sustainability strategy, climate disclosures, financealigned climate transition plans, naturepositive roadmaps, and decarbonization programs.
  • Inspire engagement, coach team leads, and support employee development, performance, and career pathways.
  • Manage team utilization, project resourcing, and staffing to meet business needs.
  • Guide business development activities and support gotomarket strategies.
  • Oversee project delivery quality, ensuring outcomes exceed client expectations and protect WSP's market reputation.
  • Support financial performance by monitoring results, identifying improvements, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate across CCRS, Environmental Advisory, and broader WSP disciplines to drive integrated, innovative solutions.

The Skills That Set You Apart

  • A degree or diploma in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 10+ years in sustainability, climate change, ESG, sustainable finance, or climate risk advisory, ideally in consulting.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proven delivery experience in areas such as sustainability strategy, climate transition, climate economics, nature advisory, or supply chain decarbonization.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong strategic thinking and a drive for business development.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and foster collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational and delegation skills with a passion for talent development.
  • Bilingualism in French is an asset.

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $147,500 - $195,400
MB & ON: $134,600 - $184,600
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $133,200 - $176,900
