Job description

Now Hiring: Treasury Management Specialist

We're seeking a Treasury Management Specialist who'll be a part of our Deposit & Treasury Operations team and will serve as the subject matter expert for treasury products and services. You will uphold and enhance our standards for exceptional support is provided for both business Online Banking clients and branch staff. You will monitor the onboarding and training of business online banking clients, manage the account and customer reviews, report reviews processes, and assist with escalations through researching online banking and TM service issues to resolution.

What You'll Contribute:

Risk Management

  • Assist with risk assessments & help achieve positive audit outcomes.
  • Ensure that clients are notified annually regarding updates to NACHA rules and regulations.
  • Ensure reports are reviewed for service usage and transaction limits to identify underutilized services and reduce fraud risk.
  • Review increase logs for TM services to ensure approvals are documented and updated as required.

Procedures & Reporting

  • Develop and improve procedures, welcome packets, and TM forms to promote efficiencies and reduce risk.
  • Create and update reports within the Reporting Model System and BI, especially those to monitor and review Treasury Management Clients and services to ensure ACH services which require compliance with NACHA regulations.
  • Review service usage and transaction limits to identify underutilized services and reduce fraud risk.

Treasury Management

  • Ensure efficient management of the daily operations for the department including business internet banking, ACH originators, Merchant Capture (RDC), wire originators, Bill Pay, Check/ACH Positive Pay, Insured Cash Sweep and Lockbox, ensuring set-up, troubleshooting, training and regular reviews.
  • Review customer requests, schedule new payments, modify existing payments, process returns, process wires and balance the originated entries.

What Makes a Stand-Out Candidate:

Experience & Education

  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience within treasury operations.
  • Experience primarily in banking sales, service and management and ideally supported by an AAP certification.
  • Jack Henry Silverlake experience preferred.

The Work Environment:

  • Remote role within the United States; Eastern Standard Hours.
  • Occasional U.S. travel for company events.
