We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time remote position based in Houston, Texas.   • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' statuses, utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to establish individualized care plans that align with cultural diversity and the specific needs of patients.
  • Continuously monitor patient progress and intervene with strategies and care modifications to maximize mental health outcomes.
  • Document all treatment records, reports, and relevant clinical information accurately and promptly, using modern technology to comply with both regulatory and departmental standards.
