• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations of patients' mental health status, utilizing relevant tools and guidelines such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to create personalized treatment plans.
• Provide systematic mental health interventions and support while regularly reassessing patients’ progress and the effectiveness of care strategies.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of all treatment activities and clinical data, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and departmental policies.
• Collaborate closely with patients and their families to develop and implement comprehensive, culturally sensitive treatment plans that consider individual needs and desired outcomes.
• Engage in proactive communication with other treatment providers and agencies, coordinating referrals and enhancing the continuum of care for patients.
• Serve as an educational resource by mentoring students, interns, and volunteers, contributing to the growth of future healthcare professionals.
• Participate in peer-review and clinical collaboration efforts to support colleague development and ensure high-quality care through shared best practices.

This position specifically caters to patients impacted by cancer, a group often facing unique emotional and psychological challenges. • A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active and current State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Proficiency in utilizing digital health records and clinical documentation tools.

The remuneration for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually.
