Position Opportunity  

The position of Forklift Driver is a very key role for warehouse success. Forklift Driver are responsible for optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency, among other duties. We are looking for an experienced and careful Forklift Driver to join our team! As a Forklift Driver, you will be operating a forklift while ensuring efficiency and safety. 

Essential Duties/Responsibilities  

  • Loading, unloading, shipping, and receiving warehouse items. 

  • Transporting materials to different locations within the facility. 

  • Optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency. 

  • Must abide by all company GMP’s and safety rules. 

  • Perform other duties as requested by supervisor. 

  • Maintain clean work area. 

  • Ability to work effectively with others. 

  • Will be exposed to non-climate control areas (hot and cold areas) 

Education/Training/Certifications: High School Diploma / GED 

Related Experience: Minimum 1 year 

Knowledge/Skills Experience: 

  •  Responsible for knowing and adhering to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) 

  • Proven experience as a warehouse clerk or similar role. 

  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with warehouse software and Microsoft Office Suite. 

  • Experience with Bills of Lading (BOL) and shipping/receiving documentation. 

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Teams for communication and coordination. 

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 

  • Attention to detail and accuracy. 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
