Assembler / Warehouse Associate

Location: Waco, TX
Pay: $15–$17/hour, depending on position 

Schedule: Full-Time | Day & Night Shifts Available

Diversified Sourcing Solutions is hiring dependable Metal Assemblers / Warehouse Associates for a great manufacturing opportunity in Waco! This is a hands-on position for candidates who enjoy working with tools, building products, moving materials, and staying active throughout the workday. These positions offer long-term opportunities with room to grow.

What You'll Do
  • Assemble metal products using hand and power tools
  • Use nail guns, table saws, and other shop equipment safely
  • Read and accurately use a tape measure
  • Load, unload, move, package, stack, and wrap materials and finished products
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and warehouse organization
  • Perform visual inspections to identify product quality issues
  • Follow work instructions and company safety procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Assist production teams with general labor duties as needed
  • Operate forklifts or other material-handling equipment when qualified
What We're Looking For
  • Previous manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or general labor experience preferred
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, nail guns, or table saws is a plus
  • Ability to accurately read a tape measure
  • Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
  • Comfortable standing, bending, reaching, lifting, and performing physical work for extended periods
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment
  • Reliable transportation and excellent attendance — attendance is critical
  • Stable work history with good job longevity
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
  • Forklift experience is a plus but not required
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening
