Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Warehouse / Computer Diagnostic Lead to oversee daily returns operations while ensuring accurate processing and technical evaluation of customer devices. This role blends warehouse leadership with computer diagnostics, requiring a proactive professional who can manage inventory flow, restore desktops and laptops to OEM standards, and maintain precise reporting. The ideal candidate is a strong problem-solver with excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of driving efficiency, ensuring quality control, and collaborating across teams to support continuous improvement.
This is an on-site position at our Plano, TX depot. The work hours are Mon-Frid, 8a -5p Central time.

Please note: This position will have responsibilities that include working with government contractors; therefore, U.S. citizenship is required.
Position Description:
  • Overseeing the daily returns of Customer PCs.
  • Diagnosing Desktop and Laptop computers back to OEM specifications.
  • Monitoring daily reports ensuring that inventory is updated correctly.
  • Overseeing and processing daily delivery and shipments, using shipping software and inventory-based programs.
  • Receiving and scanning new inventory; inspecting and storing according to policy.
  • Prepare outgoing orders for shipment.
  • Scheduling transfer of materials between departments.
  • Conducting inventory counts, comparing results to computerized inventory, and reconciling any differences.
  • Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to develop strategic plans and procedures to increase the efficiency of warehouse practices.
  • Enforcing operating instructions and safety policies.
  • Resolving routine equipment issues.
  • Back up for Deliveries, when necessary
Qualifications:
  • This position will have responsibilities that include working with government contractors; therefore, U.S. citizenship is required.
  • 3+ years of warehouse management experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to anticipate and solve problems.
  • Demonstrated competencies in performing accurate physical inventory counts.
  • Knowledge of PC hardware and PC components.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for creating and maintaining spreadsheets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in an environment with changing priorities.
  • Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems.
  • Clean and current driver's license.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet the entire shift.
