Location: Irving, TX 75062
Pay Rate: $19.00 Hourly
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Reach/EPJ Operator to join our warehouse team in Irving, TX. This role involves operating Reach Trucks and Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ) to transport pallets throughout the warehouse, including high-level racking systems. The ideal candidate will assist with loading and unloading shipments, use RF scanners to track inventory accurately, conduct daily equipment inspections, and follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines to support efficient warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Transport pallets to designated warehouse areas, including high-level racking systems
  • Operate Reach Trucks and Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ) safely and efficiently
  • Load and unload shipments as needed
  • Use RF scanners to scan and track inventory accurately
  • Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines
  • Assist with general warehouse tasks when needed

Requirements:

  • Sit-down forklift experience required
  • Must have experience operating a Reach Truck and Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ)
  • Must have experience using RF scanners
  • Forklift certification required
  • Bilingual required (English/Spanish)
  • Candidate will be tested before hire
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
