Our Supply Chain and Warehouse teams support operational excellence by ensuring accurate material handling, inventory management, and timely delivery of components to support manufacturing and customer needs.

Partnering with the best

As a Warehouse Operator, you are managing inbound and outbound materials, supporting production operations, and ensuring accurate inventory control. You are operating warehouse equipment, coordinating material movement, and maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards. You are contributing to smooth supply chain operations while supporting production efficiency and customer delivery commitments.

As a Warehouse Operator, you are responsible for:

  • Receiving inbound materials from external suppliers, Baker Hughes plants, and field locations.

  • Stocking received materials along with finished products and inhouse assemblies.

  • Operating forklifts to safely load and unload freight.

  • Reading and interpreting instructions, correspondence, and operational documentation.

  • Picking materials, components, finished goods and delivering them to production or shipping areas.

  • Performing cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.

  • Preparing component kits for production and fulfilling customer or supplier orders.

  • Supporting production operations using warehouse equipment such as a 25k Hyster 360 forklift.

  • Ensuring safe handling of materials and adherence to company and regulatory guidelines.

To be successful in this role you are:

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Have 3+ years of experience in warehouse or related operations.

  • Have at least 1 year of experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.

  • Have 2+ years of experience in shipping and receiving operations.

  • Have basic oral and written communication skills.

  • Have basic computer and mathematical skills.

  • Have experience operating forklifts or similar materialhandling equipment.
