Job description

About the Role
TrendyMinds is looking for a Client Partner to own the operational health and delivery of a portfolio of client accounts. You'll be accountable for budgets staying on track, timelines holding, and the work moving cleanly between our teams and our clients. When someone asks how an account is doing, you're the person with the answer.
This is a role for someone who runs an account rather than reports on one. You'll manage the financial and delivery mechanics, hold the day-to-day client relationship, and stay close enough to the work to see where it should go next and help scope it.
What You'll Do

  • Own account operations: Manage budgets, timelines, billing, and project status for your assigned accounts. Keep Salesforce current and monthly revenue recognition accurate and on time.
  • Run project management and delivery: Use Asana as your team's central hub for task tracking and coordination. Maintain workback plans, surface risks early, and keep priorities aligned across internal teams.
  • Spot opportunities and shape SOWs: Stay close to the work to see where new opportunities exist, tie them to client strategic goals, and help scope them into signed engagements.
  • Be the client's day-to-day point of contact: Handle logistics and follow-through so client conversations can stay focused on strategy, not scheduling.
  • Bridge Client Partnerships and service teams: Make sure briefs are complete, handoffs are clean, and feedback loops close.
  • Build audit-ready discipline: Maintain project documentation, client approvals, and deliverable tracking that hold up under scrutiny. Many of our clients operate in regulated industries and cannot afford gaps.
What You'll Need
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, project management, or client services at a marketing or creative agency, or in a marketing role
  • Proven experience owning budgets, timelines, and billing across multiple concurrent accounts
  • Hands-on proficiency with project management tools (Asana or similar) and CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools in daily account work, including drafting client communications, automating reporting, and synthesizing project data across platforms
  • Sound escalation judgment, with the ability to distinguish a project that is technically on track from one that is actually healthy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and comfort being a client-facing point of contact
  • A track record of spotting growth opportunities within existing accounts, not just executing what's scoped
Nice to Have
  • Experience drafting or contributing to statements of work (SOWs)
  • Experience with monthly revenue recognition processes
  • Experience working with clients in the healthcare Industry
What Makes TrendyMinds a Great Place to Work
We believe a happy team is a solid team; it's as simple as that.
  • Fully remote: We believe the best team is one that isn't limited by proximity to a physical location. Whether it's the West Coast or the East Coast, we work with team members across all of the U.S. time zones.
  • Collaborative team environment: Your voice is important, and we believe the best projects include contributions from everyone.
  • Great benefits: 30 paid days off and 401(k) matching. What more could you ask? Oh yeah, we cover 100% of health insurance premiums for all team members and 50% for their spouses and dependents.
  • Flexible schedule: Some people are early birds who love collaborating in-person at our offices. Others are night owls who enjoy working from home. We are flexible to accommodate different work styles, times, and locations - within reason and the needs of our clients - of course!
  • New equipment: In order to produce incredible work, we have to have incredible equipment. Sorry if you were hoping for a 7-year-old PC. That's just not our style.
  • Philanthropy: We like to do our part to help our community. With our philanthropy committee and donation matching system, we offer you the resources you need to make a difference.
