A client is an individual or organization that purchases or uses the services or products offered by a business or professional. Clients may engage with businesses on a one-time or ongoing basis, depending on the nature of the service or product. In many industries, maintaining strong client relationships is key to long-term success, as clients often provide repeat business and referrals. The term 'client' is commonly used in fields such as law, marketing, consulting, and design, where services are tailored to the specific needs of each client.

What are some common challenges faced by Client Relationship Managers and how can they be addressed?
