The role involves supporting federal law enforcement clients by configuring VMware servers, troubleshooting Windows Server issues, and maintaining hardware and software systems.
Responsibilities:
• Configure VMware servers and install Windows OS on VMware servers.
• Troubleshoot Windows Server issues
• Maintain current patch levels on server and client systems
• Image and deploy windows 11 workstations
• Troubleshoot user hardware and connection issues remotely via phone.
• Maintain inventory and accountability for equipment
• Work with vendors to support various hardware products
• Install printers and various parochial
Qualifications:
Required:
• Must be a US Citizen
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
• Active Secret Clearance
• Must be able to obtain/maintain an Agency Clearance
