The Client Systems Engineer delivers high-quality engineering, support, and administration of enterprise endpoint environments across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud platforms. This role is focused on implementing and optimizing modern cloud client technologies, including Intune, Entra ID, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Cloud PCs.
The Engineer plays a key role in improving endpoint performance, security, and end-user experience through automation, AI-enhanced tools, and scalable cloud-based solutions. This position supports the full lifecycle of endpoint management, including imaging, configuration, compliance, patching, and continuous optimization, while partnering with Architecture, Security, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver advanced technical support, resolve escalated incidents, and participate in on-call rotation
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge base articles
  • Support enterprise client infrastructure, including:
    • Windows operating systems
    • Enterprise hardware standards
    • Application delivery and packaging
    • Asset lifecycle management
    • Multifunction devices and enterprise printing
  • Administer and maintain:
    • Active Directory and Group Policy
    • MECM/SCCM
    • BitLocker
    • Microsoft 365 and modern endpoint platforms (Intune, Entra ID, Azure Virtual Desktop, Cloud PCs)
  • Deploy and integrate software using MECM and Intune

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two (2) years of customer service experience required.
• Three (3) years of experience supporting enterprise software and hardware environments required.
• Experience with endpoint management and device administration, including Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), JAMF Mobile Device Management, MECM/SCCM and Intune highly preferred.
• Experience supporting enterprise client environments, including Print management solutions such as PaperCut preferred.
• This is a hybrid role requiring on-site presence at least one (1) day per week, with additional in-person attendance as needed based on business and team requirements.
• Must be able to travel to various Community Health Network locations as required to support infrastructure, deployments, and project needs.
• Participation in an on-call rotation is required, including occasional evening and weekend support.
