We’re searching for someone who is organized, personable, and highly detail-oriented. If you love building relationships, keeping things in order, and making processes run smoothly, this role is for you.
You should be:

  • A natural communicator – Someone who can confidently lead conversations, connect with clients, and provide clear guidance.
  • Highly organized – Able to track details, juggle multiple accounts, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Helpful by nature – You should enjoy problem-solving, answering questions, and proactively assisting clients.
  • Detail-driven – Precision matters in 401(k) administration, and you must be diligent about accuracy.
  • Tech-savvy – Able to navigate multiple systems, learn quickly, and use technology to its fullest potential.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Cash Balance and 401(k) plans.
  • Assist clients with Cash Balance and 401(k) plan setup, onboarding, and initial account configurations.
  • Maintain accurate records, track client needs, and ensure seamless follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client questions and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Identify areas to improve client experience and proactively address concerns.
  • Maintain a high level of responsiveness and professionalism when communicating internally and externally.

What You Bring:
  • 4+ years of experience in client management or account management.
  • Strong time management skills – ability to prioritize and stay on top of tasks.
  • Proven experience building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • 3+ years of experience in team-based environments – collaboration is key.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience with cash balance administration required
  • Familiarity with 401(k) administration, payroll systems, or financial services.
