The Customer Service Manager at The Mason Automotive Group plays a vital role in ensuring every client has a world-class experience. This energetic and detail-oriented individual will follow up with clients to confirm their satisfaction, maintain strong communication with past clients, and assist with overflow email and phone inquiries. The ideal candidate possesses high-level communication skills and the ability to read and interpret reports to help meet and retain General Motors qualifications, contributing to the continued success and reputation of our dealership.

Responsibilities
  • Follow up with clients to ensure outstanding customer experiences
  • Maintain consistent communication with past clients to foster strong relationships
  • Assist with overflow email and phone conversations promptly and professionally
  • Read, interpret, and assist in achieving General Motors qualifications
  • Obtain and help retain General Motors qualifications for the dealership
  • Provide exceptional customer service that reflects the values of The Mason Automotive Group
