About you

Colliers Nashville is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional to support a team of leading commercial real estate brokers. This individual will serve as a critical extension of the brokerage team, helping drive client service, transaction execution, marketing initiatives, market research, and operational excellence.

This is not a traditional administrative position. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, process-driven, and passionate about commercial real estate. They take pride in producing exceptional work product, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to delivering a first-class experience for clients and colleagues alike.

This role offers significant exposure to high-profile assignments across multiple sectors (i.e. office, industrial, etc.) and provides future career pathing for individuals who demonstrate exceptional performance and business aptitude.

In this role, you will...

  • Develop high-quality marketing materials (presentations, proposals, brochures, and listing assets) aligned with brand standards

  • Coordinate property marketing campaigns, listings, and marketing platforms/databases

  • Support brokers with business development materials, pitch decks, and client communications

  • Manage lease, sale, and investment transactions, including tracking milestones, documentation, and reporting

  • Coordinate communication across brokers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless deal execution

  • Conduct market research, including surveys, comparables, and data validation

  • Maintain and analyze market intelligence databases; prepare reports and insights for clients and internal teams

  • Optimize workflows, systems, and templates to improve team efficiency

  • Stay highly organized across multiple priorities while proactively supporting team and client needs

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate, professional services, marketing, project management, or a related field.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

  • Experience with Adobe InDesign or similar design software preferred.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

  • Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness.
