Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate active calendars in a fast-moving environment
  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on meetings and appointments
  • Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams via phone and email
  • Maintain organized files and records in accordance with office procedures
  • Provide administrative and operational support as needed
  • Assist with day-to-day office coordination and team initiatives


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred - May 2025 or May 2026 graduates highly desired!
