What is a client success consultant?

A Client Success Consultant is a professional who works with clients to ensure they achieve their desired outcomes while using a company's products or services. They act as a main point of contact for clients, providing support, guidance, and solutions to help maximize the value clients receive. Their responsibilities often include onboarding new clients, addressing concerns, identifying upsell opportunities, and fostering long-term relationships. Ultimately, a Client Success Consultant aims to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
