We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people, building relationships, staying organized, and helping businesses find the right solution. This is not a high-pressure sales position. Instead, you'll serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, ensuring they receive a professional, responsive, and exceptional experience from their very first interaction with Forix.


You won't be responsible for selling or closing projects. Your role is to build relationships, qualify opportunities, and help guide prospective clients through the early stages of their journey with us.

We'll teach you everything you need to know about ecommerce and our services.


About the Role

As our Client Success Coordinator, you'll play an important role in our growth by ensuring every prospective client receives outstanding communication and follow-up.

You'll respond to inbound inquiries, reconnect with prospects who may have gone quiet, schedule meetings with our ecommerce consultants, and keep opportunities moving through our process.

You'll become the friendly face and voice of Forix while helping our team deliver an exceptional customer experience.


Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inbound website leads
  • Follow up with prospective clients by phone, email, SMS, and LinkedIn
  • Build rapport and learn about each company's business goals and challenges
  • Qualify opportunities using our established process
  • Schedule meetings for our ecommerce consultants
  • Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows through proactive follow-up
  • Re-engage prospects who have gone quiet
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity notes
  • Coordinate handoffs between marketing, leadership, and our ecommerce consultants
  • Help improve our outreach, communication, and client experience processes
  • Represent the Forix brand professionally in every interaction

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer success, recruiting, hospitality, account coordination, inside sales, executive support, client services, or another customer-facing role
  • Experience using a CRM such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace and modern business software
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills


No Ecommerce Experience? No Problem.

You do not need experience with Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, or ecommerce.

You also won't be expected to close deals.

We'll provide comprehensive training on our services, ecommerce platforms, communication processes, and client success approach so you can confidently represent Forix.
