Our Velocity Consultants are the oil in the machine that allows our fast-paced company to continue to grow. Velocity Consultants must be resilient and tenacious as they are tasked with developing and enhancing relationships with clients to whom they communicate the value of our industry-leading artificial intelligence software.

This is an on-site role located in Dallas, TX. Team collaboration and in-person engagement are key, so the position requires a Monday–Friday in-office schedule.


What you'll do:

  • Own the entire relationship with assigned clients, including implementation, training, adoption, and retention.?Independently drive engagement and produce results for our clients
  • Establish relationships as a trusted advisor and serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, while identifying areas of opportunity and highlighting best practices.
  • Collaborate effectively with both internal and external senior managers to better understand customer needs, maximize retention, and growth.
  • Become an industry expert, advising clients on current trends and best practice objectives.
  • Generate additional revenue opportunities for our sales team to continue to expand our client base.
  • Occasionally visit our clients to help implement our solutions in their workflow.
