You willserve as the primary partnerto Trinity'sLaunch Excellence teamand as a trusted partner toclientsinadoptingand operationalizingTrinity'sGenAI-poweredlaunch planning and management platform,Launch Accelerator.You'llensure clients achieve measurable value, drive consistent use of the platform, and support the cross-functional orchestration that enables bestinclass launch execution.The ideal candidateenjoys working cross-functionally with clients, has deepexpertisein launch planning and execution, and is comfortable using and selling technology.

Key Responsibilities

Product Expertise

  • Act asthe Launch Accelerator product expert serving as a valuable resource tohelpboth existing and prospectiveclients maximize the value of theapplication.

  • Understand and develop best practice ways of working within Launch Accelerator taking into account real world experience.

Client Onboarding & Enablement

  • Lead structured onboarding for new clients, ensuring teams understand Launch Accelerator's corefunctionality,workflows,reports &dashboards, and collaboration features.

  • Train cross-functionalstakeholdersand support adaptation for various launchmodels.

  • Understandclientteam's key needs and find new and unique ways for Launch Accelerator to fulfill them.

  • Coach users on best ways to use LA to their advantage, keeping in mind client value areas.

Ongoing Client Success,Value Realization, and Continuous Improvement

  • Act asday-to-day point of contactfor client questions and tech support.

  • Proactiveclientsupport through regular meetings togain feedback, shareupdatesandstrengthen alignment and communication.

  • Capture client feedback and collaborate with productteamsto advocate for clients and help strengthen our value pipeline of new capabilities.

  • Support testing of new features.

Own Support Materials and Onboarding Toolkits

  • Ensure training and support materialsare continuously updated to help clients maximize the value of Launch Accelerator.

  • Translate feedback into product enhancement suggestions/requirementsand collaborate with ProductManagement for prioritization and inclusion in the roadmap

Client Growth & ExpansionResponsibilities

  • Identifyexpansion opportunitieswithin LA andLExand promote multilaunch usage.Identifybroader opportunities to Trinity's products and services.

  • Build trusted relationships to uncover needs.

  • Supportrenewal and upsellconversations.

  • Track client growth metrics.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5+yearspharma/biotechexperiencewith exposure to launching new productsand or PMO experience in life sciences

  • 3+client-facingexperience supporting SaaS product adoption,growthand usage

  • Strong project management and communicationskillswith client facing representation

  • SaaS, digital transformation experience

Preferred:

  • Direct experienceparticipatingand/or leading one or more launches in life sciences

  • Exposure andfamiliaritywith project management principals and tools that are used to drive large scale, multi-year projects

  • Proclivity for selling and inspiring interest in technology

Trinity's salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is a minimum of $125,000. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
