About the role...

We are looking for a Senior Associate, Client Strategy to join our Success team. You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of brand partners on ShopMy, advising them on their affiliate strategy and driving results. The retention and growth of our brands are essential to ShopMy's success, and you will play a key role in delivering on that. This is a strategic and client-facing role for someone who is proactive, data-driven, and excited to elevate the experience of our brand partners.

Your Impact to The Role:

  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to your portfolio of brand partners
  • Drive retention and performance through data-backed recommendations and affiliate strategy guidance
  • Partner with the sales team on onboarding and upsell opportunities
