Role Description The Client Services Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Glastonbury, CT. This role is responsible for serving as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, and ensuring timely resolution of service requests. Day-to-day tasks include managing client accounts, preparing and maintaining documentation, coordinating with internal teams to address client needs, and supporting the delivery of financial and consulting services. The Client Services Associate will handle phone, email, and in-person communication, monitor client satisfaction, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance client experience. The role may also involve assisting with reporting, data entry, and process improvements to support efficient operations.
Qualifications
