Role Description The Client Services Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Glastonbury, CT. This role is responsible for serving as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, and ensuring timely resolution of service requests. Day-to-day tasks include managing client accounts, preparing and maintaining documentation, coordinating with internal teams to address client needs, and supporting the delivery of financial and consulting services. The Client Services Associate will handle phone, email, and in-person communication, monitor client satisfaction, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance client experience. The role may also involve assisting with reporting, data entry, and process improvements to support efficient operations.
Qualifications
  • Strong Client Services and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Experience in Customer Support and handling client inquiries across multiple channels.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication.
  • Basic understanding of Finance or financial services concepts, with the ability to learn firm-specific processes.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, email and CRM tools).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and maintain a professional demeanor with clients.
  • Preferred: Prior experience in a consulting, financial services, or professional services environment.
  • Preferred: Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
