Job description

As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Client Onboarding and Documentation, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value. You'll also help drive release management activities, support testing and validation, and ensure compliance with firm standards.
Job responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate monthly release cycles for KYC and documentation products.
  • Track and manage dependencies, risks, and issues to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Collaborate with global teams for follow-the-sun execution and structured handovers.
  • Oversee testing and validation activities, including pre-production and production weekend releases.
  • Maintain integrated release plans and escalate blockers with clear options.
  • Ensure compliance with firm risk, controls, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide timely updates and post-release issue management to stakeholders.
  • Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
  • Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Advanced proficiency with Jira (JQL/filters, dashboards, and automation).
  • Experience with automation and reporting tools such as Alteryx and Tableau (or similar).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including preparing executive-ready updates and materials.
  • Proven ability to coordinate testing and validation activities across multiple teams.
  • Ability to identify, track, and resolve risks and issues throughout the product delivery lifecycle.
  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
  • Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
  • Experience in product deployment processes

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Experience with entitlements and access controls.
  • Background in KYC or Client Onboarding in regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with change management and access entitlement frameworks.
