Position Summary

Cedar Gate Technologies, an IQVIA business, is seeking a client-focused and relationship-driven professional to join our growing Client Success team as an Associate Client Success Director. In this role, you will serve as the strategic partner and primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, guiding them through every stage of their journey and ensuring they achieve measurable business outcomes through our industry-leading solutions and services. Success in this position requires the ability to build trusted executive-level relationships, champion the voice of the client across the organization, leverage client insights to help shape product evolution, and identify opportunities to expand value and deepen engagement. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional client experience and driving long-term client success.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, trusted advisor, and internal advocate for a book of complex, enterprise clients with multiple Cedar Gate Product Lines
  • Lead a cross-functional Account Team for each client within book of clients
  • Facilitate regular, executive-level meetings focused on client needs, their organizational goals and objectives, and possible expansion opportunities
  • Drive product utilization through training, a deep understanding of the client’s business objectives, and technical expertise in how Cedar Gate solutions support their business objectives
  • Develop and execute success plans for clients that outline their critical success factors and metrics for success, track progress and mitigate potential issues, and celebrate success through documented value stories and references served
  • Surface and syndicate best practices in the use of Cedar Gate’s solutions within the Cedar Gate community
  • Represent the voice of the client to inform the product roadmap and service delivery model
  • Provides thought leadership for supporting clients within a Cedar Gate Product Line or client Market Segment
  • Acts as a change agent, formulating and promoting Client Success strategies, direction, and initiatives
  • Acts as coach for Client Success Business Analysts, Client Success Managers, and Sr. Client Success Managers
  • Supports sales process through RFP/RFI responses and prospect calls.
Job Location

United States - Remote Work Arrangement. U.S. residents only; work must be performed within the United States.

Experience / Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in related field required, master’s preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of healthcare industry experience, working with providers, health plans, brokers, medical management companies, or at a healthcare data analytics provider
  • Client Success or client relationship management experience
  • Ability to communicate and present company, product, and technology information to a broad audience.
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills with the demonstrated ability to identify and make decisions based on complex client requests.
  • Basic understanding of healthcare claims and EMR data.
  • Experience with value-based care reimbursement models (MSSP, ACO Reach, Capitation, Bundles etc.).
  • Be available for travel as much as 25% of the time.
  • To be eligible for this position, you must reside in the same country where the job is located.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $86,000.00 - $239,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).

  • Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
