As an Enterprise Client Success Manager at MyOutDesk, you'll step into a highly strategic, client-facing role where your ability to build trust and drive results directly shapes the success of our key accounts.

The Impact You'll Make:
Our Enterprise Client Success Managers are responsible for serving, managing and growing relationships with MyOutDesk's their assigned key clients. You'll partner with business line and department managers, as well as C-suite executives, influence business decisions, and create long-term partnerships that drive retention, expansion, and sustainable growth.
This is more than account management; this is a strategic leadership role focused on delivering exceptional client outcomes, uncovering growth opportunities, and becoming a trusted advisor to global organizations.
What You'll Own:
Executive Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor for a portfolio of Key Accounts.
  • Build trusted relationships with line and department managers, C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Deliver executive presentations focused on business outcomes and growth opportunities.
  • Multi-thread relationships across multiple departments and stakeholders.

Strategic Account Growth
  • Develop annual strategic account plans and multi-year growth roadmaps.
  • Identify account expansion opportunities across existing enterprise customers.
  • Drive revenue growth through consultative business conversations.
  • Partner with key stakeholders on expansion initiatives.
  • Build long-term account strategies that maximize customer lifetime value.

Client Success & Retention
  • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction across your portfolio.
  • Maintain outstanding client retention while growing existing business.
  • Lead complex issue resolution with urgency and professionalism.
  • Proactively identify risks before they impact the client experience.
  • Create ongoing experiences that turn clients into loyal advocates and referral partners.

Required Experience:
  • 7+ years of Enterprise Account Management, Client Success Management, Key Account Management, in a services based industry
  • Proven success growing existing enterprise accounts while maintaining exceptional client retention
  • Experience managing long account management cycles and complex enterprise relationships
  • Strong executive presence with outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Experience leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Strategic consulting experience with executive stakeholders
  • Experience managing multiple decision-makers across large organizations
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence executive-level conversations
  • Salesforce CRM experience (or comparable CRM platform)
  • Exceptional organization, prioritization, and time management skills
