Pay:

Clover offers competitive pay commensurate with experience in a similar position. The range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000 annually, but actual compensation will vary depending upon new hire experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.

Role Overview:

As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the performance of  Clovers Standards and managing all resources to achieve exceptional service for clients. You will exceed customer expectations through effective management of financial resources, strong computer aptitude, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, error and accident-free environment. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored landscaping solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Provide tailored landscaping solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and reports to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Provide regular updates and detailed reports on account status to senior leadership.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, horticulture, landscape contracting, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in landscape maintenance or account management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and tools.
  • Experience in sales and customer service.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Certifications in Landscape Maintenance and Irrigation is a plus.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
