DNA Account Manager
About your role:
As an Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of DNA clients and serve as a primary point of contact for service delivery, operational support, and relationship management. You will partner with Relationship Managers and internal teams to improve client coverage, strengthen service quality, and support retention and growth across assigned accounts.
What you'll do:
  • Manage day-to-day operational relationships for assigned DNA clients and act as a central point of coordination for service-related needs.
  • Use a consultative approach to identify client goals, support account growth, and align service delivery with business needs.
  • Coordinate client projects and service requests to support timely implementation, issue resolution, and accurate follow-through.
  • Conduct relationship-based client meetings to review performance, address concerns, and reinforce long-term partnership value.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, identify service trends, and take action to improve retention and overall account health.
  • Partner with Relationship Managers and cross-functional teams to address enterprise issues and support consistent delivery of products and services.
  • Optimize account coverage by supporting stronger Account Manager-to-client ratios and deeper client engagement across the portfolio.

Experience you'll need to have:
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, service management, client support, or relationship management within banking, financial technology, or the financial services industry.
  • 5+ years of experience managing client relationships and conducting client-facing meetings in a relationship-based service environment.
  • Experience supporting customer service, service delivery, or operational coordination for financial institution clients or similar regulated environments.
  • Experience identifying client issues, coordinating resolution activities, and improving service outcomes across multiple internal teams.
  • Ability to communicate with clients and internal stakeholders through structured meetings, issue reviews, and service follow-up.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or an equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:
  • Experience working with DNA clients or core banking platforms.
  • Experience implementing process improvements that improve client satisfaction or service delivery.
  • Knowledge of financial services regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Certification in customer relationship management or a related discipline, or equivalent related experience.

Travel:
Approximately 10% travel off-site or to other office locations is expected.
