You will analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and achieve organizational objectives. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.
In this role, you will work within our Strategy Consulting practice, providing strategic guidance and insights to organizations. You will assess business performance and develop recommendations to help clients achieve their goals. Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency and drive business growth
- Analyzing market trends and business performance to provide strategic guidance and insights to clients
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and achieve organizational objectives
- Leading teams in identifying opportunities for growth and optimizing operations
- Utilizing business data analytics to assess and improve operational performance
- Managing projects from planning through execution and completion, confirming quality and timelines
- Mentoring team members to leverage their unique strengths and deliver on client expectations
- Addressing conflicts or issues with clients and stakeholders, escalating when necessary
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master's degree
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Analytics, Actuarial Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain
- Demonstrating proficiency in Business Data Analytics and Market Analysis
- Utilizing Change Management and Strategic Questioning skills
- Excelling in Supply Chain Transformation and Operational Performance Management

- Prior experience in operations and supply chain, applying leading practices and market insights to solve problems and shape recommendations

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
