The Account Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operational leadership of one of Team 201's most complex client relationships. At its core, this is a program management job: you create the structure that lets multiple client stakeholders, business units, workstreams, and Team 201 disciplines operate as one coordinated team.

The Account Supervisor owns the operating rhythm of the account - from project status and resource management to timelines, documentation, workflows, internal coordination, and client communication. You are expected not simply to maintain these systems, but to continually improve them, anticipate needs, and identify issues before they affect delivery.

You will work closely with senior account leadership, who owns overall client strategy, integrated marketing direction, senior client relationships, planning, and account growth. Your role is to translate that direction into an organized, executable plan and ensure the broader team delivers against it.

You don't need to be the deepest subject matter expert in every area of marketing. You do need enough integrated marketing knowledge to understand the work, ask smart questions, connect activity to business objectives, and effectively lead teams of specialists.

This role is not limited to people who came up through agencies. If you have run marketing, product launch, or GTM programs inside a technology company or startup - lining up product, marketing, sales, and outside partners against real deadlines - most of this work will look familiar. Our clients are B2B tech companies - representative experience is preferred.

• Develop a deep understanding of the client's business, stakeholders, priorities, marketing objectives, active programs, and organizational structure.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day operational leader for designated client stakeholders, developing strong relationships and independently managing routine client needs and conversations.
• Operate as an embedded program lead inside the client's organization, working directly with their marketing, product marketing, demand generation, sales, and operations counterparts.
• Own the overall account operating cadence across multiple business units and workstreams, establishing consistent processes for status, planning, documentation, prioritization, and delivery.
• Maintain a holistic view of all work across the account and understand how priorities, deadlines, resources, approvals, and dependencies interact.
• Own and maintain account status documentation, ensuring deliverables, decisions, risks, dependencies, owners, and next steps are clear and current.
• Own account-level bandwidth and resource tracking and proactively identify capacity constraints, conflicts, and future resource needs.
• Own project timelines and proactively manage milestones, dependencies, approvals, and handoffs to keep work on schedule.
• Build and manage program plans that account for client-side dependencies - product and release timelines, launch dates, sales readiness, legal and brand review - not just Team 201 deliverables.
• Create, manage, and maintain project tickets in platforms such as Jira and Asana, ensuring work has clear requirements, owners, timing, and status.
• Maintain organized account documentation and file structures so briefs, plans, creative, reporting, meeting notes, decisions, and other materials are easy to find and use.
• Lead recurring client status meetings, including preparing agendas, organizing materials, guiding discussions, documenting decisions, and driving follow-up.
• Coordinate internal teams across creative, content, paid media, marketing operations, and other disciplines to maintain alignment around priorities, responsibilities, timing, and dependencies.
• Drive prioritization and tradeoff conversations when timing, scope, resources, or competing client priorities create conflicts.
• Develop clear project and creative briefs in partnership with senior account leadership and subject matter experts.
• Lead projects from kickoff through delivery when dedicated project leadership is not available.
• Understand account scope and budget parameters and proactively flag potential scope, timing, or resourcing issues.
• Hold internal owners accountable for commitments while ensuring teams have the information, decisions, and support they need to deliver.
• Ensure work moves through appropriate internal review and quality-control processes before reaching clients.
• Proactively identify risks and roadblocks and drive them toward resolution before they become client issues.
• Exercise good judgment around escalation - solving issues independently when appropriate and engaging senior leadership when necessary with clear context and a recommended path forward.
• Support quarterly business reviews, annual planning, and integrated planning processes by organizing inputs, synthesizing account activity, and translating decisions into executable work.
• Report program progress, risks, and results to client marketing leadership, and connect what we are doing back to their business goals.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve the systems, templates, workflows, and processes used to manage the account.
• Use AI to streamline administrative work, synthesize information, improve documentation and briefs, accelerate planning, and create more efficient account-management processes.

• You create structure. You're at your best when there are a lot of moving pieces and someone needs to turn them into a clear operating plan.
• You've run complex programs. You've run multiple workstreams, stakeholder groups, business units, or integrated programs at the same time and can hold a clear picture of what's happening across all of them.
• You've worked at a B2B-first agency or a growth-stage B2B company. Program managers, program leads, and marketing operations leaders from tech companies and startups are a strong fit for this role, in addition to a traditional agency background. If you have run cross-functional programs where you owned the plan but not the people, you have done this work.
• You exercise strong judgment. You know what you can solve independently, what needs escalation, and when a potential issue needs attention before anyone else sees it coming.
• You're an excellent project leader. You know how to manage timelines, dependencies, resources, stakeholders, priorities, and tradeoffs.
• You're client-ready. You build trust with senior stakeholders, communicate clearly, lead meetings confidently, and are comfortable navigating challenging conversations.
• You understand marketing. You have enough integrated and digital marketing experience to effectively lead work across multiple disciplines without needing to be the subject matter expert in each.

• 5-7+ years of relevant experience in program or project management, account management, integrated marketing, or a related role - either at an agency or in-house at a technology company.
• Experience running complex client or internal stakeholder relationships with multiple simultaneous workstreams, stakeholders, or business units.
• Agency experience or in-house program management experience at a technology company. We are equally interested in both.
• B2B technology experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead client or executive stakeholder relationships and cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
• Experience building and maintaining project plans, timelines, status documentation, resource plans, and bandwidth trackers.
• Experience with project management and ticketing platforms such as Jira, Asana, Wrike, Trello, Monday.com, or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of integrated and digital marketing, including disciplines such as paid media, content, social, email, marketing automation, creative, web, SEO, analytics, and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and make sound decisions in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to take ownership of ambiguous or challenging situations.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools professionally and an interest in continually identifying new applications for AI in account management and marketing.

Strong operational and program leadership is the foundation of this role, but it doesn't have to define the limits of it.

• Integrated strategy: Take a larger role in annual planning, GTM and campaign strategy, integrated recommendations, and client consulting.
• Marketing expertise: Develop deeper expertise across the marketing ecosystem or specialize in a particular discipline.
• Execution: Become more hands-on in areas where you have expertise or want to build it.
• Project and program leadership: Lead increasingly complex integrated programs and multidisciplinary teams.
• Account leadership: Take greater ownership of senior client relationships, account planning, growth opportunities, and strategic direction.
• People leadership: Mentor and eventually manage Account Managers or other members of the account team.

2. Second round with our Co-Founders. One hour total: 30 minutes with the Co-Founders, followed by a 30-minute case discussion joined by the Senior Director, Client Strategy & Integrated Marketing. The case is a practical exercise based on the kind of situation you'd actually handle in this role - we're interested in how you think through it, not whether you land on a single right answer.
3. Group interview with members of the team you'd work with day to day, across account, creative, content, media, and marketing operations.
