Job description

Senior Manager, Implementation & Client Solutions

Full-time

About Claimable

Claimable is an AI-first company helping patients overcome insurance denials for the treatments they need. We automate the research, writing, and submission of appeal letters, and we partner with pharmaceutical manufacturers and their access partners to bring this service to patients. We've supported thousands of appeals and we're scaling our reach.

The Role

We're hiring a dedicated owner for life sciences implementation and client solution design — leading the onboarding and implementation of every new pharma client program, and serving as an ongoing solutions advisor once that program is live. You\'ll be the project-management engine behind each launch, and the person both clients and internal teams turn to for guidance on workflow design, configuration, and best practices.

The best person in this seat runs a disciplined project with real project-management fluency across tools, timelines, and structured tracking, but also knows when to dial that structure up or down so it feels like support, not overhead. You\'re equally comfortable in a technical conversation about hub integrations or console configuration and in a business conversation about program goals and patient impact, translating fluently between the two so neither side loses the thread. This role partners closely with our Commercial leadership, who owns the overall business relationship and program model — you own ensuring the program launches on time, with clarity and ease, and is designed for optimal patient impact. This is a senior individual-contributor role, not a people-management role, but we\'re looking for someone who has led complex implementations in pharma or healthcare technology before.

What You'll DoImplementation — Run the Project & Create Repeatable, Scalable Tools & Templates
  • Lead end-to-end onboarding for each new pharma client — project plan, timeline, stakeholders, success criteria — and the trackers, cadences, and status reporting that keep it visible and on schedule
  • Coordinate the cross-functional work to stand up a client\'s program — condition setup, referral and appeal workflows, hub/specialty-pharmacy integration, and console-application training for support staff
  • Drive implementation milestones across internal teams (product, engineering, clinical) and the client\'s stakeholders — serving as the day-to-day point of contact who keeps everyone aligned
  • Develop program onboarding materials, training, and documentation; train client hub/pharmacy users on the console application. Build and embed repeatable implementation templates and playbooks — turning lessons from each launch into standard infrastructure — and define what “live and successful” looks like for each program
Solutions Advice — Guide Best Practices & Apply Learnings Forward
  • Understand each client\'s program goals and patient-access problems, and serve as the connective layer between technical teams and business/clinical stakeholders — translating client needs into the right platform configuration and technical constraints into business terms
  • Advise clients on workflow design and configuration best practices, both during onboarding and as programs mature
  • Act as the internal voice of implementation and workflow learnings — channel feedback to product, engineering, and clinical teams
  • Continue to support live programs with recommendations for workflow optimization as client needs evolve and learnings grow from new launches
What You Bring
  • 5+ years in implementation, product management, solutions consulting, or program/project management — within pharma, specialty pharmacy, patient access/hub services, or healthcare technology serving pharma
  • Deep project management fluency in both waterfall and agile methodologies — comfortable running structured project plans, timelines, and status tracking using standard PM tools (e.g., roadmap/Gantt tools, RAID logs, milestone tracking), and able to stand up that rigor from scratch
  • Sound judgment for calibrating process to the client and the moment — knowing when a client needs a tight, structured cadence and when the same client needs a lighter touch, so working with you never feels heavier than it has to
  • Initiative and second-order thinking to anticipate problems before they occur and proactively seek and develop solutions
  • Fluency in the pharma patient-access world: patient support programs, hubs, specialty pharmacy, prior authorization, and the denial/appeal landscape — enough to speak clients\' language and design the right workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to translate fluently between technical and business audiences — comfortable in a room with engineers one hour and pharma brand or market-access leaders the next
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building process from scratch in a startup — with a track record of creating templates, playbooks, or tools that outlived the project they were built for and became how a team operates
Nice to Have
  • Experience launching or managing a manufacturer-sponsored patient support, copay, or access program
  • Familiarity with specialty or rare disease therapeutic areas (e.g., dermatology, respiratory, GI, oncology)
  • Exposure to API or technical integrations between vendor platforms and pharma hub/specialty-pharmacy systems
  • PMP or Scrum certifications such as Scrum Master
How We Think About This Role

This is an implementation and enablement role — success is measured by smooth, on-time onboardings, well-configured and well-adopted programs, and clients who trust our workflow guidance. The “solutions” part is about knowing the platform and the patient-access landscape well enough to design workflows that actually work for each client. Success also means leaving Claimable with better, more repeatable implementation infrastructure than you found — not just a well-run launch, but tools the next launch runs on — and clients who experience the right amount of structure: never too loose to stay on track, never so rigid that it gets in the way.
