Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for assigned compliance functions while promotinga strong culture of compliance, ethical conduct, accountability, and proactive risk identification.
• Serve as asenior Compliancecontact for regulators, auditors, examiners, internal control partners,businessleaders,and management onsignificantregulatory and compliancematters.
• Lead, develop,coach,and assesscomplianceprofessionals, including setting priorities,allocatingresources,providingtechnical guidance,and ensuring high-quality execution.
• Advise oncomplex compliance obligations, includingconflicts of interest, fiduciaryandbest interest requirements, sales practices, advertisingandmarketing review, compensation practices,disclosures, and third-party oversight.
• Partnerwith Legal, Risk, Internal Audit, Operations, Supervision, Product, and Sales leadership on enterprise risk,control, training, and compliance programmatters.
• Usedata, technology, surveillance tools, metrics, and reportingtostrengthencompliance monitoring, issue identification, management reporting, and program oversight.
• Oversee risk-based compliance monitoring, testing, assessments, control evaluations, regulatory change implementation, risk mitigation, remediation planning, policy development, and process improvements.
• Prepare and delivercompliance reporting for senior management, governance committees, boards,andother oversight forums.
• Lead or represent Compliance on complex projects, program enhancements, regulatory change initiatives, business transformation efforts,andenterprise initiatives.

Compensation

• The Salary for this position generally ranges between$165,000 - $190,000 annually.Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors includingqualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
• Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company's discretion.

This is a hybrid position requiring three days in office per week in one of our hub locations. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.
