Position Overview

We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join a fast-paced customer support team in King of Prussia, PA. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service, administrative, and problem-solving skills who enjoys helping clients and working collaboratively across departments. The position operates in a call center environment and serves as a key point of contact for plan sponsors and advisors, ensuring exceptional service and timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming client calls and emails regarding account servicing and administrative inquiries.
  • Support a portfolio of advisors and plan sponsors, ensuring their service needs are met.
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve client concerns at the first point of contact whenever possible.
  • Create, manage, and follow up on service tickets to ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address client issues and improve the customer experience.
  • Document all client interactions and account updates accurately within internal systems.
  • Participate in client conference calls to provide status updates and communicate resolutions.
  • Assist with complaint handling, problem resolution, and escalation to management or Compliance when necessary.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
