If you take pride in helping people, communicating clearly, and performing at a high level every day — this is where you build a career, not just take a job.

Our culture is centered on CARE:

Curiosity – We ask questions, seek understanding, and pursue constant improvement.
Ambition – We push ourselves to be better today than we were yesterday.
Responsibility – We own outcomes and follow through on commitments.
Empathy – We treat customers and teammates the way we want to be treated.

What You’ll Do

Our Contact Center supports homeowners scheduling HVAC and Plumbing services. As a Client Services Professional, you set the tone for the entire customer experience.

You will:

  • Lead every interaction with professionalism and empathy

  • Guide customers through scheduling service with confidence and clarity

  • Communicate with compassion when customers are dealing with stressful home issues

  • Use industry-leading software systems to efficiently book appointments, including AI Tools

  • Educate customers on the value of our Maintenance Plans

  • Collaborate with team members to find solutions quickly

  • Take ownership of each call and follow through on commitments

  • Represent the AllTech standard of service in every interaction

We expect consistency, positivity, and a genuine desire to help people.

What It Takes to Succeed Here

You will excel if you:

  • Demonstrate accountability and follow-through

  • Communicate clearly and confidently

  • Bring a positive, solutions-oriented mindset

  • Stay organized and manage time effectively

  • Show integrity in every interaction

  • Take initiative to learn and improve

  • Care deeply about delivering exceptional service

What We Offer

  • Long-Term & Short-Term Disability Coverage

  • Employee Assistance Program

  • Free Mental Health Sessions

  • Preventative diagnostic testing covered

  • Chiropractic visits included

  • Office purks to make sure you thrive at work

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to join one of the most respected HVAC and Plumbing companies in the region and build a meaningful career in a professional, growth-focused environment.

If you are ready to work hard, grow fast, and make a real impact, we want to meet you.
