Job description

As the Client Services Specialist, you'll handle billing, accounts receivable, payroll support, and general administrative tasks. You'll work closely with internal teams and help ensure financial and administrative processes stay on track. This role reports directly to the General Manager.
What You'll Do
  • Manage accurate and timely invoices and accounts receivable processing
  • Monitor outstanding balances and conduct professional collections follow up
  • Maintain and reconcile AR records in the accounting system
  • Apply customer payments, prepare statements, and assist with past due escalations
  • Support weekly payroll hour processing for submission to the payroll administrator
  • Assist sales and project teams with customer setup, documentation, and billing coordination
  • Provide general administrative and office support, including data entry and ad hoc requests
