Client Service Representative

We are seeking a Client Service Representative to support client custody operations, service delivery, and relationship management within a financial services environment. This entry-level role serves as a key point of contact for client inquiries and works closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of requests, accurate reporting, and a high level of client satisfaction. Client Service & Inquiry Management
  • Proactively respond to client custody-related inquiries on a daily basis
  • Work with internal departments to prioritize and resolve client requests and service issues
  • Monitor service levels and ensure client deliverables are completed accurately and on time
  • Escalate issues appropriately to ensure timely resolution
Technology & Innovation
  • Utilize internal technology platforms and tools to efficiently manage client inquiries
  • Introduce clients to new technology solutions, automation tools, and available products
  • Support adoption of self-service capabilities and process improvements
Reporting & Operational Support
  • Assist senior team members with client conversions, reporting, and data analysis
  • Maintain and report on client service performance metrics
  • Complete monthly reporting and operational requirements

Risk & Compliance
  • Participate in audits, controls, and compliance-related activities
