Job description

JOB SUMMARY
The courier is responsible for delivering as well as picking up supplies and/or samples at various client locations around the Northeastern region of the United States. This individual will be interacting with clients and must be professional and courteous at all times.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate daily deliveries/pickups with Client Services
  • Manage schedule and routes to meet desired pick-up/ delivery windows
  • Execute responsible driving while utilizing company and personal vehicles
  • Adhere to all safety rules and regulations while transporting materials
  • Be professional and courteous in all interactions with clients
  • Communicate proactively any issues as they arise directly with Client Services as well as the client

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications include a professional and courteous attitude. The individual must have an active driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
Prior courier experience and familiarity with roadways in the Boston metropolitan area a plus.
