Title:Client Services/ Member Services/ Financial Services/ Customer Service
Location: 1000 Town Ctr, Southfield, MI
Duration: 6+ months 
Working Model: Hybrid role in office 3 days per week
Pay Rate Range: $20-$23/Hr on W2
 
Required:
  • Proven experience in a client service or operations support role.
  • Process and manage daily operational reports with strict deadlines.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and accuracy.
  • Provide phone support for clients and financial advisors (approximately half the workday).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to make quick, informed decisions under pressure.
  • Professional, pleasant demeanor with a focus on client satisfaction.
